I was on a business visit to JFK airport, the location was perfect and the hotel courtesy transport was exceptionally good. Room was comortable and spotless and all hotel staff were excellent, both in service, but also in friendliness and proffesionalism. Especially liked the breakfast staff, but most of all, Cheryl the bar manager. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgable.

Housekeeping, the front desk, and the manager of the restaurant where breakfast is served, the valets, Lincoln their manager and the shuttle bus driver who drove me to the airport. It’s rare when so many people at one hotel are without exception incredibly nice. Well done!

The hotel is clean, warm (a bit too warm for me in some areas) and comfortable. We ate at the hotel on our final evening; The staff member in the lounge bar (Cheryl) was so personable and attentive; the burgers we had were amazing quality and a substantial meal. Wish we had found that out earlier in our trip.
